They were very easy to install. Because of how light they were I decided to use shorter screws, which worked out wonderfully. I wish they looked the actual color during the day, but since they are so thin they look like very lite “grayish” (I got charcoal) at best when it’s sunny. But at night the look great.

Nice shades for the price! Color was a shade or two off. Called and talked to Shannon Q and she was a great help! She was friendly and concerned and either emailed me the same day or next. She has exceptional customer service and being sure the customer was taken care of! You have a jewel of an employee in her.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
